The Challenge
The City of St. Louis Park knew they wanted to update their council chambers, and had a few requirements they hoped to meet with this update. First, they wanted a functional and modern space to host council meetings. Second, they wanted to ensure everyone who may use or visit the space would be able to participate in meetings and discussions through the use of accessible technology.
The Solution
Tierney worked with the city to achieve these goals and provide new ideas to update the space. The finished room includes a fully digital video and audio system, several presentation sources, a ceiling-mounted document camera, and a WePresent wireless collaboration gateway. Additionally, the space has all-new speakers, a Crestron control system, and a new Biamp Tesira Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for audio processing.
