Twin Metals Minnesota Implements QuickLaunch At Their St. Paul And Ely Offices
The Challenge
Twin Metals Minnesota was searching for a way to allow its executives and employees to communicate effectively, using a variety of different conferencing platforms in their conference rooms. Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Zoom and Skype for Business were all utilized and the variety of platforms became challenging. Employees found it difficult to start meetings efficiently with their existing conference room equipment.
The Solution
Tierney helped Twin Metals by implementing QuickLaunch Software in both their St. Paul and Ely, Minnesota offices. QuickLaunch allows Twin Metals to one-touch-join video conference calls with a variety of different conferencing platforms. Twin Metals employees use a variety of meeting platforms to communicate internally and externally. QuickLaunch Software allows for ease of use no matter what meeting software is used and has given employees peace of mind when using the conference rooms.
